Windd offers payment methods to fund your real-money balance. Deposits are subject to verification where required and must be conducted in the name of the Windd account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

  • Bank transfer
    • Minimum: €25; Maximum per transaction: €5,000. Funds are credited to your Windd balance after reconciliation with the originating bank.
    • Processing: typically 1–2 banking days; faster processing may apply subject to bank arrangements.
    • Requirements: deposits must use the Windd account holder's name; include a reference linked to your Windd account where available.
  • Credit/Debit Card
    • Minimum: €25; Maximum per transaction: €5,000.
    • Processing: immediate credit to your Windd balance; subject to card issuer processing and 3D Secure where required.
    • Requirements: card details must belong to you and match the Windd account; Windd may request additional verification for first-time deposits.
  • E-wallets
    • Minimum: €25; Maximum per transaction: €25,000.
    • Processing: typically immediate credit; timing may vary by provider.
    • Requirements: account holder name must match Windd account; third-party deposits are not allowed.
  • Cryptocurrency
    • Minimum: €50; Maximum per transaction: €100,000.
    • Processing: on-chain confirmations; Windd credits after confirmations are complete.
    • Requirements: use a Windd-linked wallet address; ensure you are sending the correct asset; deposits are irreversible; refunds to third parties are not allowed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests must be submitted from your Windd account and directed to a payment method linked to your profile in your name. No third-party withdrawals are permitted. You may be required to provide identity verification prior to processing withdrawals.

  • Bank transfer
    • Minimum: €25; Maximum per withdrawal: €25,000.
    • Processing: typically 1–4 banking days after the withdrawal is approved; actual time depends on the recipient bank.
    • Notes: withdrawal requests are processed on banking days; funds may be held pending verification or compliance checks.
  • E-wallet
    • Minimum: €25; Maximum per withdrawal: €25,000.
    • Processing: typically 1–3 banking days after approval.
  • Cryptocurrency
    • Minimum: €50; Maximum per withdrawal: €100,000.
    • Processing: on-chain confirmations; finalization occurs when network confirmations are completed.

Identity, verification and security

Windd operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. You must be at least 18 years old before using Windd services. Windd may perform verification checks using third-party data sources and may request documents to confirm identity and age. If age cannot be verified, Windd may suspend access to funds and/or require proof of age before continued use. Local gambling age limits vary by jurisdiction; you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable law.

Account integrity and compliance

Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted in the name of the Windd account holder and in the currency of the Windd account. Any discrepancy between the payment method name and the Windd account may result in delays or rejection. No third-party transactions are permitted. Windd monitors transactions for AML and fraud prevention in accordance with applicable law and Windd policies.

Transaction history and monitoring

You may monitor the status of your payments in the Banking area under Transaction History. Transaction states include Pending, Completed, and Rejected. If a withdrawal is rejected, funds are returned to the Windd balance or the originating payment method consistent with provider rules.
